Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
Are you one of the 300,000 Oregonians that could lose their Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits?
OHP eligibility is based on income. However, due to federal COVID-19 protocols, called Public Health Emergency (PHE), you may not have lost your OHP benefits even with an increase in income. These protocols paused OHP eligibility re-determinations so that no one was disenrolled from OHP. The pause has recently been lifted.
Every individual who is currently covered by OHP will soon have their eligibility re-determined. OHP will review your eligibility and notify you of the results.
If OHP determines that you are no longer eligible, you will qualify for a special enrollment period to transition to a plan in the Health Insurance Marketplace.
